| David Jay Jordan's Prince of the Covenant and the Anti-Christ Maybe we could consider whether or not the Prince of the Covenant is the Anti-Christ or whether they are two separate people, (which is my interpretation of scriptures).For if we look at probably the only direct verse which mentions the Prince of the Covenant we read in Daniel 11,that the Anti-Christ arises in a power struggle for : Daniel 11:20. Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of taxes in the glory of the kingdom: (Seems like a reference to the start of capitalism and taxation within Russia which was started by Gorbachev, with Boris Yeltsin being the first President of a revised Russian Empire) and but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle. Dan 11:21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, (This vile person is the Anti-Christ, and he ((Leved?)) comes up during this reign) to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: (So whoever the A.C. is he does not come to power the normal way. He isn’t part of the Russian elite hierarchy ) but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries (For by working through the little people who are manipulated by the BIG people namely the Illuminati,the Anti-Christ looks like he came out of no where. The A.C. will seem to appear from the exiles of Siberia and ride to power in a Christ-like tumult among the little people. See also 2 Esdras) Dan 11:22 And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, (Yes the Russian leaders who have kept out the man of peace, like Leved who, has brought peace to Afghanisthan and to Chetnyia., shall be defeated by the masses support of their Man of Peace and WAR ) and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant. (So here is the main verse that talks about the Prince of the Covenant which sounds like he is the maker of the Covenant, meaning maybe Russian diplomats at his insistence ((Putin’s)) start the Mid East talks that lead to a signing of the long awaited Mid East Peace Covenant.. So the Prince of the Covenant can be the head of government of the country that brings together the ten nations to sign or confirm the covenant and the beginning of the LAST SEVEN YEARS……..And it says that the Anti-Christ over-powers this Prince of the Covenant as well. This seeming to indicate that they are two different individuals.) But the trouble of interpreting this comes from Daniel 9 because it says: And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause ,the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. So this point is debatable , because many would think that the ‘he’ referred to is the Anti-Christ, rather than the Devil or Satan that both confirms the covenant and then breaks the Covenant by using the Anti-Christ who comes onto the scene after the signing of the Covenant. Did you catch it. Satan who both controls the False Prophet and the Anti-Christ controls all his people just like it says ‘the people of the prince’ meaning the Devil peoples shall destroy the Temple as did Titus in 70.A.D. The Devils people shall confirm the Peace Covenant together and have a Prince or author of the Covenant and then the Devil shall use the Anti-Christ or Beast to break the Covenant. Why do I say this because, the A.C. wouldn’t make a covenant and then conspire to break it, that’s totally irrational even in a worldly sense because the A.C. after coming to power Will be against the Covenant as stated in Daniel 11. Daniel 11:30 Therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against the holy covenant: so shall hedo; he shall even return, and have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant. Dan 11:31 And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate. Dan 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: ************************************************************** And again if you missed it in Revelations, the Anti-Christ is NOT part of the ten signing the Covenant, he is different and comes up after they have made their worldly peace covenant which doesn’t work. Rev 17:10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. Rev 17:11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. (So it seems the Beast is NOT part of the seventh world POWER or the Ten countries which sign the Peace Covenant. He is from one of the signing countries, but wasn’t part of them, IMO) Rev 17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. Rev 17:13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. (After he destroys three ofthem called three toes or three horns) For again in Daniel 7 it says distinctly that the A.C. will ……………… And the ten horns out of this kingdom [are] ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. So, in conclusion, if the A.C. is diverse from the first ten, then he must come in after the Covenant is already signed and won’t be the Prince of the Covenant. This is reinforced by many scriptures in other parts of the Bible and other not so commonly known scriptures. Therefore in my opinion from the scriptures, the A.C. and the Prince of the Covenant are both inspired by Satan, but they are two different people. IHS Jay |
