Smell, Incense, Prayers and Demons

Biblically it is stated that our prayers rise up before the Lords Throne as incense and a sweet savor. :  Rev 8:3-4 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.

The Lord of All Creation can literally see us and our hearts and minds wherever we are. And He can literally smell if we are in a state of prayer and literally hear what we are saying, so He can reach down and touch us if we are in accordance to His Will. Therefore the Lord uses his five ABSOLUTE senses in helping us, and can definitely smell our prayers if we are directing them to Him. For He can only reside or abide in a place of worship and prayers which is why the priests symbolically carried burning censors, to emit sweet smelling fragrance in His House and before His Ark.

So accordingly because our bodies are the ultimate Temple of the Lord (1Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?) created in His Divine Image (Read
Made in His Image), then we also to retain His Holy Spirit within must be in prayer.

O.K. so that’s rather straight forward from the Bible’s main text, yet if we go into the true esoteric or ‘hidden’ or suppressed books of the Bible, then we will note in "TOBITS’ from the Apocrypha of the Roman Catholic Bible, that devils and demons hate and can’t stand to be in the presence of certain odors. This, of course, makes total sense because it is just the reverse or corollary of what we read in the main Bible.

Tobit was literally and historically told by Raphael, the archangel of God and Tobit’s companion in finding him a suitable wife from his brethren, to use a fish they caught as the burning incense to keep away the demon that was killing the suitors for his perspective wife to be.. The story went like this in Tobit 6

Tobit 6: 16-17  When you enter the bridal chamber, you shall take live ashes of incense and lay upon them some of the heart and liver of the fish so as to make a smoke. Then the demon will smell it and flee away, and will never again return.

                **********************************************

But what you have to remember is that this is NOT symbolic but the true history of one of our brethren and how the Lord selected and protected and later blessed their relationship which put Him first before themselves. In other words, it is a true story, with real physical implications in the real world.

So you should logically wonder why a fish’s liver and heart are burned as an incense. What magical ingredient would they contain? Well first with a little study, you would realize that biologically the heart and liver are organs of the body that deal with our and every animal’s life force called their BLOOD. (Lev 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.) And in our case, every Christian that is reborn spiritually is given a New Heart as we are covered with the Blood of Jesus.

Hence it is easy to connect up how burning the essence of a blood organ might be significant parallel and connection to the spiritual. For as we all know or should know the demons from Hell are absolutely terrified by the Lord and His Power in the Blood of
JESUS. The declaration of His true NAME from a believing heart is enough to send them back into the pits of hell as described literally in Tobits story. Consequently, it can be seen that Tobit’s romantic tale is NOT fiction, but a non-fiction mini-novel and a real life adventure that correlates with the Bible and its truths.

All Right then, but why a FISHs heart and liver, why a fish? So again if you do a little research into the meaning of fish spiritually and biologically, you might soon realize that fish symbolize fertility, which was the 1st commandment of the Lord. We were told through our original ancestors Adam and Eve, to be fruitful and multiply not just spiritually but also physically. Fish and their abundances in the waters of life, are extremely important esoterically as well. This is why Jesus said, he could make us fishers of men and why his early disciples used the two interlocking circles as their secretive symbol of recognition. And its this same fish symbol that came from the very template of the Lord in His Creation of all things via the "Vescica Pisces"...pisces meaning fish. (Read
Fish, Sex and the Bible). For its from this sexual design in the female that all births enter the world. So what better choice could have been made than a FISHS heart and liver to protect the Bridegroom and the Bride in their Holy Marriage. For its from this that we can be fruitful both physically and spiritually.......

     Did you catch the connections?
