| Joy's Dream Stream of Gold I dreamt that I was in this garden. It was so nice and so large surrounded by these big beautiful trees. It was so perect and so calm. There was beautiful flowing stream running through the garden. And I went up on this little arched bridge that crossed over the stream. And looking down, the water was so clear, that I could easily see to the bottom. And there they were nuggets of gold as big as rocks lying on the bottom of the stream. The water wasn't that deep, and right down the way, i could see a man picking some up and putting them in his pockets. I thought maybe I should do the same thing, so descended and started picking up some gold rocks. They were so many of them, shiny, smooth and so big. And then a voice behind me said, ' You don't need gold here, you can have everything you want.' I dropped the gold that was in my hands, 'Yes, I thought, why do I need gold in Heaven, what good will they do me here.' And my dream ended. ********************************************************************* Stream of Cooked Crabs In another dream, I remember walking along this stream. I was so hungry. I looked out into the stream, the water being so clear. And there I saw crabs and prawns and fish swimming about all within my hands reach. They were all swimming through the stream naturially, butwith a closer look, they appeared to be already cooked. The prawns and crabs were red, as if just taken out of a cooking pot. The fish were alive and swimming but seemed as if they also had just been prepared and cooked for the table. Then I heard a voice saying, ' If you want sone, you can just reach out and eat whatever is in the stream, because they are already cooked.' And then I woke up. ******************************************************************* PS) Interpetation wise, its easy to understand that gold is no longer of value in the Lord's heaven, or in His Eternal City as the streets are literally paved with gold. And as in the second dream, the Lord shall give us the desires of our hearts, even food wise. Psalm 37: 4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. But what may also be interesting is that, the food seemed to come from the water. The Lord himself caught and prepared food for his disciples even after His Resurrection, John 21: 8-12 And other disciples disciples came in a little ship; dragging the net with fishes. As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread. Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken. Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. So if you dream about dining with Jesus over fish that he has cooked for you and others, maybe some day you wont be just dreaming.
