Who is Jesus ? Jesus was born around 4. B.C. to Mary, who was wed to Joseph. But Joseph, was not the father according to scriptures but rather the Holy Ghost came upon Mary and she had a virgin birth. So the question is and always will be was Jesus divine or was he just a man. For no other religion has a personage that has claimed to be 'god' as Jesus claimed. Other religions have so-called wise men and so-called prophets and priestesses, and dreamers and visionaries, but none have what any claim to be 'God in the Flesh' ... at least no major ones except a few perverse cults. So who was Jesus ? Well you have to got to figure that one out yourself and decide for yourself this most important question in all the world. You can't trust what others say about him whether good or bad, whether true or false because the responsibility lies on the shoulders of each of us to decide on his 'divinity'. Therefore it would seem that going to his words directly would be the best starting point. And although the angels came and announced his birth, the clues to his divinity were always before the common people whether shepherds, drunks, or harlots or even a woman drawing water from a well. For He talked to all, irrgardlessof their supposed status in the world ...... "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. The woman saith unto him, I know that Messiah cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things "Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am HE.. So let there be no doubt about it. Jesus said 'He was the long awaited Messiah that was prophesied to come. For since Adam and his Fall, in Judiac History, the Son of Man had to come to take away the 'sin of Adam and Eve' Why, was He called the Son of Man, because He had to come in the flesh and go through the same experiences as us and yet without sin. He had to be our righterousness because, we are ALL mere men and women and very, very fallible and none of us divine and without sin. (John 4: 24-26) And it is for this reason that when the woman at the well told other Samaritans about who she had meet that they talked with Jesus themselves and said ..... Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world. But mortal man can't save another mortal man and be their Savior can he? No, but the one and only Lamb of God that was sacrificed from the foundation of the world can. Because although Jesus was a man, He was also 'God'. Yes, Jesus He was the one and only Then said Jesus unto them again, .... 'All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly" (John 10: 8-10) But many don't believe this, but Jesus sheep of every country and every nationality around the world do !!! And still the doubters say to Jesus...., "How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me. But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. I and my Father are ONE ". (John 10: 24-30). So there's your answer, Jesus said, He was One with God and was God. (SEE Jesus is God) but the doubters don;t like to hear it, because they think they are gods and they think their works can save them, and others think there are no 'gods' or a 'God' and so together they did and will do what the unvbelieveing Jews did back then, they "took up stones again to stone (Jesus)". Consequently the decision is now yours..... to hear the Words of God as spoken by Jesus or reject them ... He that is of God heareth God's words: ..... It's just that simple. If you want His SALVATION through His GRACE just believe in the divinity of Jesus and believe in His Words, and believe that 'God came in the flesh' in the person of JESUS.
