Prayer cell
We want to see the people meeting the God and grow in relationship with Jesus. WSC is keen to provide a place to spend time in prayers and reading Christian books to floating and local people. This will invite all range of people at their availability. This will give the organisation opportunity to build relationship with the people.
Church Planting
We believe that church is the resource and powerhouse of the community. The church should reach out of the people to meet their spiritual and physical needs. The primary objective of the organisation is evangelism. We made our way to various places for spreading the good news of Christ Jesus. As a result there are three different groups ready for church planting in near future.
Children Ministry
WSC is inevitably involved in Children Ministry. We organise Vocational Bible Schools for children, children bible clubs and special occasions for fun for kids. Ministry opportunities are abundant in children.
WSC conducted 5 days and 10 days bible schools for children during their summer vacations. The children are encouraged to learn some stories, songs and bible verse.
WSC conducts tuitions for the children who need extra help for their studies and those whose parents are uneducated. We conduct English course for students.
We are planning for an activity centre for children with various fun activities to wide range of age groups. It includes sports, games, music, leisure activities, fun and relating to new people.
Prison Ministry
WSC members have already access into the prison in respective Local areas to share the word of God. Beyond the issues of how to prevent people from entering the prison system is how to care for those already behind bars. We believe that the only true reformation comes through sharing love of Christ. Therefore, the prison ministry is the not only a biblical mandate, but a social need. WSC Prison Evangelism is dedicated to shining the Light of the Gospel behind the dark walls of prison and give up hope that someone cares. It looks into the possibility of offering the courses of facilitate to direct to achieve qualifications in prison.
Mission Training Centre (Bible School)
Our passion is to bring up leaders in local communities and prepare them for the mission. We seek to equip and develop people with theological, personal, and practical skills to be used in Church planting, Church pioneering, community development, and business or at the work place.
Our passion is to equip missionaries and workers to effectively communicate the Gospel to those who are in need.
Home for orphans and Street Children, Widows and aged
The home will care young abandoned by their parents or orphaned through death of parents due to illness or accidents. It rescues and rehabilitates orphans and street children providing them with schooling and a family environment where they can get necessary skills in order to be independent and valuable contributors to their communities.
We are desperate to accommodate and educate twenty children who are supported by WSC this year taken care by different families at that movement. We are planning for a home to accommodate 50 children coming year.
The home rehabilitate widows as well as widows coming in the home to help the children and make them feel loved and cared. They will learn and earn through skills and various micro enterprises.
This home will be a home of love and care for one another developing healthy relationship that they had never experienced in their life. This home reflects the love of Jesus and let them know there are people who care and love unconditionally.
Secondary School (English medium & Sports)
One of the main targets of the government is increasing the rate of literacy. Bearing this in mind we will open a wide range of educational opportunities to poor and vulnerable people.
We plan to establish a primary and secondary school to educate under privileged children with transferable skills life to support for themselves and their community. Teaching through sports, music and interactive methods, children will be offered new style of teaching.
Quality education and teaching in English is expensive and far to reach for the poorer community. This project will reflect light on bright future of the learners from poorer communities.
Home for people affected with Leprosy
Working Soldiers for Christ raised funds which supported 120 families affected with leprosy in India. This project not only helped these families with food and education but also broke the community gap.
The home built for these people would give the poor lepers physical and spiritual service, to offer them a bright and comfortable refuge for body and soul.
