He Is Best Known For His Roll As "Billy Abbott" On The Daytime Soap Opera "The Young & The Restless" David Appeared On The Y&R From June 1999 Through August 2002. David Tom Returned To Daytime TV In March 2004 And Appeared On ABC'S "One Life To Live" As "Paul Cramer"
David Has Been "Out Of The Spotlight" For Quite Sometime But Up Until Last Year (March 2005) - David Is Now Back In The Spotlight, Singing ! He Is Currently The Lead Singer For The Band Eudora ! The Success Of This Band Has Been Building And With The Release Of There Very First CD Entitled: Eudora - And It Rained Machines, The Success Of This Band Will Continue To Grow !!
