Click above link to visit site: Looking at Cargo Expediters Ltd. from the perspective of a potential customer, we found that their website was lacking in almost every area that is important to performing online customs broker operations. Basically, the website consists of two pages; one that gave an overview of what the company feels its’ strengths are, and the other one gives a list of the services they offer as well as an opportunity to contact the company via email. We were unable to determine if Cargo Expediters Ltd. offered many of the services we were looking for as they were not explicitly stated, however, the company does make the broad statement of, “We offer all the services you may ever need at very competitive prices”. This left us wondering if it was possible that Cargo Expediters Ltd. would be able to perform all of the processes in our questionnaire if we requested them. However, it was not possible for us to determine this from the company’s limited website information. Cargo Expediters Ltd. makes no reference to which countries they deal with on their website, and there are no service processes that could done digitally through their website.
