Are we too over critical of what occurs here at DBU? I would have to advocate that it is a possibility. After all, we did choose to come here, so it cannot be too terribly awful if we are still here. Likewise, no matter where we go there will always be problems. It could be worse, we could be at Baylor.
At the same time, there must be accountability. There is nothing wrong in being critical so long as a realistic and plausible solution is provided. Stating the problem with no solution is like blowing a hole in the side of a ship and offering no way to repair it. The ship simply sinks, and what was getting by and working (though not effectively) is not sunk. If we criticize DBU and offer no solution, then we will simply sink this ship. So for every problem that you see, think of a solution and then become part of that solution. Perfect will never be brought about, but maybe a better environment will.
