Osaka Prefectural Government, IBO and JETRO will hold a seminar designed to educate foreign companies operating in the Tokyo Metropolitan area about the advanced technology and product development capability possessed by small/medium-sized enterprises in Osaka, followed by MEISHI KOKAN (Business cards exchange) Party.
