Cats are hobby for whole our family. Kids, Jemina (born -93) and Mitro (born -95) are playing and sometimes feeding & grooming our cats. Matti, my husband, is showing and breeding cats with me. We are living in Vantaa, near to Helsinki and the international airport. In our home, we have a lot of space for cats and have nice yard and we have an outdoor-run for our cats. On summertime cats are able to run in and out when ever they wants. Winters they are only "dipping" their noses out and thinks too cold. But some of our ragdolls are loving to stay out longer even when it's cold. Hmm... Forest Cat should love more winter and snow? Not our NFOs :-) They are more "lap-cats" when our ragdolls only says hi to guests..

We bought our first cats in the beginning of 1997. They are Maine Coon, IP & EC Godfather's Citizen Kane and Ragdoll, EP Starfire Special Edition. We wanted to have pet and show cats, nothing more.. Before these boys we showed our dogs, two Pyrenean Mastiffs. Both dogs are now on the Rainbow Bridge.

Why one Ragdoll and one Maine Coon... Well, we couldn't make a decision between these two breeds! And of course two cats are better than one cat. They are not so lonely then when family is at work and school. And when you got two cats, you want more...

Our first breeding female, Esmeralda (RAG a) moved from Australia to us in April 1998. On the same box came also seal colourpoint male, Frankie. He is dad for five litters, but only one litter for our cattery. Both of these our first breeding cats are now living in Rainbow Brigde with our dogs. The first Deeamore-litter was born in June 1999. Dad of this litter is lilac bicolour, Starfire Sincerely Yours and mom, of course Esme.

Our first Norwegian Forest Cat is GIC Godfather's Isildur, NFO n 24.  I really felt in love with her at the first moment when I saw her few weeks old. She was like a cream caramel. Fanny has been very good mom for her kittens of five litters. Now she is happy (and fat) spayed lady. Fanny is the cat who changed us to love more Norwegian Forest Cats than Maine Coons. So today all our Maine Coons are retired from breeding.

Our kittens borns and lives their first weeks in our bedroom. Later they are running and playing with other cats in whole house. Our kittens are ready to leave for new homes 13 weeks old with at least two vaccinations, de-wormed, with written contract, healty and microchipped.
More info of our cats you can find on our "Cats"-pages.
