As with any adoption agency, The Mystic Kingdom has rules you need to follow. Following these rules are called cyber pet netiquette, and is very important....

Please don't alter the pets in any way. That means no resizing, recoloring, etc. any images. It's not fair to me, and it's not fair to the other people who wonder why they can't do the same thing.
Don't steal them. I made these guys for you, don't you think I deserve al little credit for my toiling? I know there are a dozen ways to steal a graphic, but if I ask you not to take them, it would be nice if you listened.
Save them to your own directory. Okay, I know geocities is free, but it'd still be nice of you saved the pets to your own server, and put them on your site from there. All you have to do in order to save your pet is click the right button on your mouse, and press "Save As" when the menu pops up. If you're on an Apple computer, sorry, I have no idea how to work those!
Please sign the Adoption Register. Once you have adopted any cyber pets, it is crucial that you sign the register, rather than simply saving the images to your computer. Why? Well, for one thing, I want top be able to check up on my pets and see how they are. Not to mention, the link to your page from mine may get you some visitors...
Only adopt these pets if you have a webpage! That is what they are here for, and frankly, I don't know what else you would do with them...
