THE AHMADIYYAH
A Brief History

A heterodox sect formed by Mirza Ghulam Ahmed, a punjabi, who has been labelled a heretic.  He declared himself a mujaddid (a renewer of faith) in 1882 and set about spreading his message.  He ruled out jihad against the kuffar who occupied the Islamic lands.

He alleged that Jesus(a.s) had escaped from the cross and had attained the age of 120.  He further alleges that Jesus(a.s) was buried in Sringar.

Ghulam then went on to allege that he was the mahdi, the second coming of Jesus, and the last avatara of Vishnu.

When he died the Ahmadiyyahs split into two sects, the Qadianis and the Lahorites.  Here, only the Qadianis are discussed, they are the worse of the two, and the further from Islam.  The Qadianis claimed that Ghulam was a prophet, and accused all muslims who did not accept him, as being kuffar (non-muslims), thus leading Qadianis to be called, correctly, non-muslims by the normal muslims.

The Qadianis then set about spreading their message in a way similar to the Christian missionaries, which had so greatly influenced Ghulam.

The ahmadiyyah allege that this man is the messiah - his name is Mirza Ghulam Ahmad.
He is nothing of the sort.
The worst of their beliefs is their denial that Muhammed(saw) is the final prophet.  Yet it says in the quran:

"Muhammed is not the father of any man among you, but he is the messanger of Allah and the Seal of the prophets; and Allah is aware of everything.."(33:40)

Ghulam Ahmed made many filthy dirty sayings about Islam, here are two particularly disgusting ones:

" I am better than Isa ibn Maryam. (Jesus (a.s))." (Astagfullah.)

"The holy quran is full of obscene words." (Astagfullah.)

These statements should make any good muslim sick.  ( I put in the astagfullahs myself.)
Many sites have been written rejecting the Qadianis as muslims.  There is no doubt that they are not muslims.  Feel free to read from the links below which give a good summary of the reasons why they have no place in Islam.
1) A site full of detail on the Qadianis.
2) A former Qadiani tells why he left the sect.
3) A good page detailing some of the anti-Islamic statements of Ghulam Ahmed.
