Howie, like his Daddy Ike, finished quickly, with multiple group placements before he was a year old  ... being a young dog with some growing up to do, he headed for the obedience ring.  He is Leigh-Ann's partner at DelMar - and is an endlessly entertaining clown whose favorite place is at her feet under the computer desk.  He received his CGC and TDI certifications and will be entering competitive obedience in 2004, as well as working as a Therapy Dog.  He LOVES playing with  puppies.  His son, Solider (CH Gembox Salute to the General), who was Best Puppy at the 2003 National Specialty Show is waiting to follow in his Daddy's footsteps.  His daughter Jade (CH Gembox's Mystic Jewel), came to DelMar in 2004 to begin obedience training and to continue his legacy.
