1. How can Del Re's Medical Billing Services improve my cash flow?
    - We file all claims electronically, which maximizes your insurance
      Claim Reimbursement to the shortest possible time.

2. How will the billing information get to the biller?
    - Inner office procedures will be established for the retrieval of
      billing information.

3. How long will it take before electronic claims are submitted?
    - The initial set-up for electronic submission generally takes up to
      4 weeks in most cases. The set-up time estimate varies from
      insurance company to insurance company.

4. Will there be a delay in billing during set-up time?
     - No, when you contract with us, we begin submitting claims
       immediately. So there's no delay in your billing. As soon as set-up
       is completed we will file your claims electronically.

5. Do you do claims submission and follow-up?
    - We will clean up all your outstanding accounts for you or just do
       your claim submission. (or both)

6. Do you refer patients to a collection agency?
    - We will do the very best we can to collect on all past due
      accounts internally. If accounts remain past due we will forward them
      to an agency upon the approval of the provider/authorized
      representative.

7. How often is insurance follow-up done?
    - Insurance follow-up is done accurately and effectively on a daily basis.

8. How long will it take to receive my reimbursement payments?
    - You will receive your reimbursement in approx. 5-20 days.

9. Will I be provided with reports and how often?
    - We have a wide variety of reports that we can provide you with.
      These reports can be provided as often as we agree upon.
