This hurst me so to see my mother in so much pain all from some very nasty sightfights cheribs people. My mother is not a nasty person nor will she hurt any one, all she lives for is Destinee and this site meant so much to her. It gave her a place to get way from the hour to hour job of taking care of my little sister and to help her deal with her own health problems with cancer which she will not tell many people for she is all about Destinee, not herself. She has lost a very good friend due to the Cheru s girls, she is hurting so. Please stop all the emails to her with nasty lies and leave her to be happy again. Not sure what that will take, because these two girls set out to distroy her for WHAT? My little sister is not going to live long and my mom is ot doing so well either so just let them be in peace, please I beg you to stop. Thank you, Jamie Jan, Jason.

Destinee you are the bravest little person I know and you have so much love inside of you. It hurts so much to see you going through all the pain, but baby I am you big sister and I will always be ther for you, ALWAYS. I can not take you pain away, boy how I wish I could but I can love you with all my heart. I am the mom of a 12 year old with "severe neurogenic diabetes insipidus" that has had it since birth/early infancy. It is still a struggle at times dealing with the memory deficits, behavior problems when the meds wear off and it is "needle time" and hi being overweight. We have had many, many blessings, though: 1. never dehydrated except in a clinical setting until last year at school. 2. had/have a great pediatrician who diagnosed with DI the day we took him in 3. have great doctors who are very support and at my access whenever I need them 4. the child learned how to draw and inject himself at 5 years of age 5. because of Joseph and because God opened doors, I began The Diabetes Insipidus Foundation, Inc. which is international in scope (deals also with Wolfram/DIDMOAD, Septo-Optic Dysplasia, and all forms of DI) 6. Joseph wants to be an endocrinologist and work with DI's and find a cure (of which I have no doubt he will!) God does seem to give us more than we can handle at times, but we MUST always see that light at the end of the tunnel. By God's grace we get through and survive only to bear witness to His great love and plan.
