Destiny Kennels is located in Northern Indiana, just forty-five minutes south of Lake Michigan. We got our start in Siberian Huskies seventeen years ago with sled dogs. We were primarily involved in recreational sledding at that time, as anything more serious was out of the question due to warm temperatures and lack of snow causing almost all the races to be cancelled. After several race seasons without proper snow, we ventured into the show world and soon learned that our sled dogs were not able to be competative with the current style of show dog.
About this same time, we acquired our first Pointer. We have finished one Pointer to date, CH Pawsitively Red Sunrise (Sonny), as well as two other Pointers who need only major wins to finish. Currently, we have both show-quality Siberians and Pointers. Our breeding program is aimed at producing correct type, movement, and temperament.
