As the dominant mode of existence which is the state and capital is currently taking over all existing lifestyles which do not fit into its model, those in power are always looking to control one way or another those of us who do not wish to live in their vision of a world that only protects and serves the interests of those who exploit. Certainly there are just as many ways the ruling classes can control the exploited and forward the system of capital and their civilization as there are for the exploited and dispossessed to find creative methods of resistance within such imposed systems and institutions which could lead to general revolt and ultimately overthrow those in power. While their has always been struggles in many different parts of the world to bring about such an existence; such struggles require as I see it knowledge of more of the latest developements of institutions of domination which are ever changing in order to fit the needs of the system of capital and those in power. One such subject I feel there has not been much knowledge and discussion about, particularly in the U.S., is the more modern counter-intelligence tactics and specifically the technologies and the possibilities they present. FOr instance, one must now consider the possibility that if one is hearing voices inside ones head, if one acts emotionally out of character, if one is visually delusional, such effects could be stated induced. Such technologies in particular could be used for counterintelligence and psychological warfare and discredit purposes. Many people recognize rightly the present form of media as a weapon of mass control 1. but do not know much of existing weapons which can work hand in hand with the media for large scale mood management and psychological discredit and warfare tactics; by not only the more well known biological and chemical weapons but also of electro-magnetic weapons. This pamphlet hopes to open discussion on the effects of these wapons in masee control and of more selected counter-intelligence and psychological warfare weapons, tactics, and surveillance by Big Brother.

Another example is by the Sierra Times from an article by Mike Gaddy 2/28/03 entitled 'Appellate Court Rules Media Can Legally Lie':
"On February 14, a Florida Appeals court ruled there is absolutely nothing illegal about lying, stealing or distorting information by a major press organization..."
