Rules
- 40 players per team rule in effect (pro and farm team). If by trade or a prospect
  is rated and added to your team and exceeds the limit, 1 or more players must be
  released to waivers.
  40 man rosters must be in effect 2 weeks before the start of the season, and during
  the season.

- Once a player is placed on the waiver list, any team may claim him within 48 hours. (2 days)
   He will go to the worst team according to win % AFTER the 2 days are up.

- If two or more teams claim a player, the team with the worst record will get the player.
  (winning percentage by previous season, then winning percentage will be taken after
  10 games are played in a new season)

**To place a man on waivers:  Send the players name you are releasing to the commisioner. (dgour@sympatico.ca)
    The commish will then post it on the message board, which is time stamped. Any other team wishing to claim that
    player just has to reply to the original message. After 2 days have elapsed, he be sent to the rightful team.

    If nobody claims the player, he will be a Free Agent and will be listed below. Any team can then take him at any time.
