APRICOT-COCONUT BALLS
1 1/2 cup dried apricots, ground
2 2/3 cups flaked coconut
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
confectioners sugar
Combine apricots and coconut. add milk and blend well, using hands. Shape into small balls and roll in sugar. Let stand about 2 hours until firm before serving. Balls may be stored at room temperature 3 to 4 days. Yields 5 dozen. Easy. Must do ahead.
