Congealed Salad
1 lg. pkg. cherry jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. grated apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 sml. can crushed pineapple,well drained
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Mix cream cheese with
small amount of juice. Add pineapple, apples and nuts. Add jello to mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
