CORN PUDDING
1 can cream-style corn(11 oz.)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. melted butter
pepper to taste
5 soda crackers, crushed
Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle crackers on top of pudding. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Serves 5 to 6.
