Crockpot Shipwreck
2 packages (9oz each) seasoned frozen beef strips OR 1 1/2 pounds
browned ground beef
2 cans (15oz ea) sliced new potatoes. drained
1 can golden mushroom soup
2 tablespoons minced dried onion, or 1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream-style corn
1 cup frozen corn
salt and pepper, to taste
Place 1 can of potatoes in the crockpot (3 1/2-quart or larger); add
meat and onion. Next, layer with corn, then the remaining can of
potatoes. Spoon mushroom soup over the top. Season with salt and
pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Serves 4 to 6.
