ED'S CHICKEN
5 or 6 Chicken breasts (Boneless)
Soy Sauce and Mustard, to cover chicken.
1 Onion, sliced.
1 can cream-of-chicken soup.
1/2 to 3/4 can Water.
5 or 6 Baked Potatoes.
6 slices bacon.
American Cheese to taste, shredded.
Marinate Chicken Breasts overnight in the refrigerator, in a marinade of 1/2 Soy sauce and 1/2 Mustard and sliced onions.
When ready to cook: Pour off marinade into a pot and add the Cream-of-chicken soup and water. Simmer this to gravy consistency. Put Chicken into oven at 350* for approx. 1 hour.
When ready to serve, pour gravy over the chicken breasts, and serve the rest of the gravy on the side.
Bake the potatoes at the same time as the chicken. Cook tbe bacon crispy and crumble over the finished HOT potato; add American shredded cheese on potato and serve.
