Fruit Salad or Hawaiian Salad


small pineapple.
orange sections.
grapefruit sections.
grapes.
pears.
bananas.
cherries.
yogurt.

Or any fruits you choose.
Split small, whole, unpeeled pineapple in half, lengthwise, leaving leaves undisturbed.Allow 1/2 pineapple per person. Scoop out flesh and cut in small pieces. Add equal parts of: cut orange and/or grapefruit sections and grapes, half a part of cut pears, bananas and cherries. Let fruit chill together in refrigerator. When ready to serve, drain well and fill pineapple shells. Place a spoonfull of yogurt (vanilla) and a cherry on top of each portion or dress with lime juice instead.
