GREEN BEANS (canned)


Add 1 cup of vinegar and 1/2 cup of sugar to 4 to 6 quarts of green beans, covered in water. Bring to a good boil, and let boil 30 minutes. Pack beans in scalded jars. Add 1 teaspoon salt; cover with water you boiled beans in. Seal well.
NOTE: Use quart jars.
