GLAZED CARROTS
4 to 6 carrots, cooked and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp.brown sugar
2 Tbsp. oleo
3 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp.(or more)parsley flakes
MICROWAVE RECIPE:
Peel and slice carrots; place in dish with 3 Tbsp. water. Cover and microwave on full power for about 7 minutes or until carrots can be pierced with a toothpick. Let stand for 3 minutes.
Melt oleo in glass casserole for 1 minute or until melted. Add sugar to melted oleo and mix well. Toss with cooked carrots and sprinkle parsley flakes over the top. Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes at Full power. serves 3 to 4.
