HOT FRUIT


1 large can peach halves
1 large can pears
1 small can apricots
1 small can pineapple chunks
1 small jar cherries (optional)
1/2 stick margarine
3/4 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves

Combine margarine, sugar and spices in pan over low heat until liquid. Drain fruit very well. Place decoratively in large dish. Pour sauce over fruit. Bake at 350* in oven for 30 minutes, basting every so often until sauce is used up.
