Meat-Cheese Casserole
2 1/2 cup noodles
3 Tbsp. butter
1 cup cottage cheese
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup minced onions
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 lb.ground chuck
2 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops, tabasco sauce
Grease a two quart casserole dish. Cook noodles; drain. Blend butter through them. Blend thoroughly the cheeses, sour cream, onion and pepper. Lightly brown meat; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, Worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce. Pour small amount of meat sauce into bottom of dish.
Top with 1/2 noodles. Cover with cheese mixture. Add remaining noodles. Pour remainder of meat sauce on top. Bake at 350 deg. for 50 to 60 minutes.
