MONKEY BREAD


3 cans buttery-flavored biscuits (do not use buttermilk biscuits)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
12 maraschino cherries
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350*. Use a Bundt pan. (butter will leak out of angel food pan). Lightly spray with Pam. Arrange cherries and nuts in bottom of pan. Cut biscuits into quarters. Cover with cinnamon sugar (biscuits really absorb the cinnamon, so you might want to add more as you go). Pour biscuits into pan; do not press down. Sprinkle remaining sugar over top. Pour melted butter around and over top. Bake 40 minutes. You can flip onto large platter immediately.
