PEACH DELIGHT



Self-rising flour
2 sticks melted margarine
1 c. nuts
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8oz.) Cool Whip
4 c. sliced peaches
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. peach jello
1 c. water

First layer: Mix together 2 cups self-rising flour, melted margarine, and nuts. Spread in 9 X 13 inch baking dish and bake at 375* for 15 to 20 minutes (lightly browned). Cool.
Second layer: Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
Third layer: Sliced peaches (sprinkle Fruit Fresh over peaches).
Fourth layer: Mix sugar, 4 tablespoons self-rising flour, and peach jello well. Stir in water. Cool completely. Pour over peaches and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
