PECAN PIE
1 9 inch pastry shell, unbaked. (or 13 small tart shells)
1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oleo or butter
1 tsp. flavoring (vanilla)
2 cup pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
Mix together sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and syrup. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well,and pour into an unbaked pie shell, (or small shells).Bake at 350* for 30 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
