PEA PICKIN CAKE
1 pkg. yellowcake mix
1 can Mandarin oranges (juice included)
4 eggs
3/4 cup cooking oil
Combine cake mix with oranges, eggs and oil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350* in 2 greased cake pans.
FROSTING:
1 jar cherries (small)
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1 large container Cool Whip
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding..or coconut
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained.
Combine cherries, coconut, nuts, Cool Whip, vanilla instant pudding (or coconut) and pineapple. Spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate overnight.
