Ribbon Salad
1(3 oz.)pkg. orange jello
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1(3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1(3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Prepare orange jello as directed, using 1 3/4 c. water. Add strawberries. Pour into a 2 1/2 qt. mold. Chill until
firm. Add unflavored gelatin and water together; stir over low heat until dissolved. Add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese; mix well. Stir in gelatin mixture and cool. Pour over orange layer. Chill until firm. Prepare lemon jello as directed. Add
blueberries and cool. Pour over mayonnaise layer. Chill until firm.
