SPINACH BALLS


2 (10 oz.)pkg.chopped spinach (frozen).
3 cups of herb seasoned stuffing mix.
1 large onion, finely chopped.
6 eggs, well beaten.
3/4 cup, melted margarine.
1/2 cup, Parmesan cheese.
1 tsp. garlic salt.
1/2 tsp. thyme.

Cook spinach; drain and squeeze. Combine with remaining ingredients. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Double recipe yields about 230 balls.

These taste like meat balls, and are very, very very good!!
