SPINACH DIP *

1 (10 oz.)pkg.frozen chopped spinach.
1 pkg. Knorr-Swiss vegetable soup mix.
1 cup, sour cream.
1 cup, mayonnaise.
1 Tbsp. lemon juice, or lime juice.

Thaw spinach and squeeze out moisture. Put all ingredients in food processor and mix 6 to 8 seconds. Store in container in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Good served with Pumpernickel bread. Also with cut-up vegetables.
