STRAWBERRY CAKE 2


Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
generous amount of fresh strawberries

Whipped Cream Frosting:
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp.vanilla
fresh strawberries

Prepare cake mix as directed. Substitute 1 1/2 cups water for 1 cup water and a generous amount of fresh strawberries. Mix with electric mixer and bake as directed. Remove from oven and cool completely. Top with Whipped Cream Frosting and fresh strawberries.
Whipped Cream Frosting: Combine whipping cream, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Beat until thick and creamy. Spread on cooled cake and garnish with strawberries. Refrigerate.
