SUGAR COOKIES 1

1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup Crisco
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine all ingredients by hand. Roll in balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 325* oven until golden brown. A favorite!
