SWEDISH MEAT BALLS
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, minced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
CLARET GRAVY:
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. salad oil
3/4 cup Claret wine
3/4 cup tomatoe juice
2 tsp. flour
Combine beef, onion, pepper, crumbs, salt and pepper. Roll into small balls and brown. Add 1 cup water and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from pan.
Mix and cook gravy ingredients seperately in small frypan and then combine to serve. Serves 4.
