SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE


1 large can, sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cup sugar
1 cup sweet milk
1/2 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 stick oleo
1 cup, chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients for potatoes and put in a baking dish. Add topping and bake.
TOPPING: Pour on top of potato mixture and bake at 425* for 35 minutes.
