Tex Mex Dip

3 medium avocados.
2 Tbsp. lemon juice.
1 tsp. salt.
1/4 tsp. black pepper.
1 large can refried beans.
3 medium tomatoes, diced.
1 large bunch, green onions.
1 large can, ripe olives.
8 oz. chedder cheese, grated.
2 boxes, nacho chips.
salsa sauce, if desired.

Peel, pit and mash avocados. Mix ingredients together. Mix 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1 package taco seasoning mix. Assemble ingredients; spread on large platter: layer beans, avocado mix and sour cream. Top with onions, tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle cheese on top.
