Scrypnosis:
Memory Enhancement and
Attention Span Modifications
I'm writing this for Eric, but any student might be inclined to use
it.
"I want you to go back in your mind to that point where you first remember
anything. Now, from this point until the very day in time that you
are the actual age that you are having this very session, I want you to
relive all memories that you want to remember. As you do this, these
memories will be rekindled as fresh as if you'd just experienced them.
Whether work, play, or studies, these memories will be fresh in your mind.
However, you will find that you are unable to feel any negative emotions,
fear, or pain, during this part of the session. Those emotions will
be labeled and known to you as existing, but only by word, as you can see
the word on a sign nearby, but not by feeling them. Let this happen
now and let me know when you're done."
(This should take up to about 15-20 minutes)
"Now, you will set a memory marker to note this point in life and time
so that, in years to come, if you want to rerun this session, it will pick
up where you left off, so you don't have to start over from the beginning.
