LEGO MOVIE THEATRE

Length: 14 studs Width: 11 studs Height: up to 10 bricks This small theatre was contructed during the late hours of March 19 and the early hours of March 20.  I attempted to build a very compact building that would agree with the scale of official Town sets, but still include lots of detail.  It was a fun challenge. The front of the building is elaborately decorated to attract attention and advertise the themes of current films. Although it is pictured here hanging over the edge of a table, this is not its permanent location and was only done to make  photographing it an easier task.

Here's a top view without the roof showing the lobby, with an employee selling drinks, and the theatre.  This is probably my worst picture- there's too much light and its sideways!  But sice it does show the size of the building fairly well.  It's not very big.

There are enough seats for six mini-figures.  They should have no problems seeing over each other, as the rows rise very steeply.  Although you can't see it here, there's a red path on the near side and a row of small lights to guide the people to their seats.
