Neural events (evoked potentials) in one human brain produced by visual stimulation to a single human subject can induce similar visual evoked potentials (VEP) in the brain of another person located several meters away who is not visually stimulated. Neural events in one human brain can be transferred to another without direct biological contact. The signal induces both electrical signals and blood oxygenation changes in the receiver's brain. The brain activation phenomenon is in the occipital region of the brain.
	The results suggest that the signal detected may be inducing both electrical brain signals and blood oxygenation changes in the receiver's brain.
