Setting: USS HATHOR, Bridge
Sitting in her chair in the centre of the bridge the Romulan/Terran hybrid did her best to keep track of everything that was happening or being planned by her crew against the invading forces of the Breen. Having been informed by her XO of the unlocking of the doors and having seen the results of the partially restored internal sensors, the HATHOR's CO at least knew the location of the members of the senior staff. Happy with the progress done so far, the hybrid had hoped for this exercise to be brought to a rapid and peaceful end soon, if only to prove to Pravat and his men that the crew could accomplish such a daunting task.
Noticing a commotion at the Ops station, the
Romulan/Terran hybrid tried in vein to listen to the
conversation between the two Marines, not a single
sound coming from them leaving the HATHOR's CO to
guess that Pravat had made use of some subdermal
communication devices. Knowing this meant that the
hybrid had gained yet another advantage on the
invading forces, one that she would wait to make good
use of.
Seeing the Shillian trying to get her attention, the
hybrid made her way to the science station using the
distraction caused by the commotion to hide in part
her leaving the central chair. Leaning in over the
XO's shoulder, the CO whispered, "problem?"
Glancing at the occupied Breen, still unaware of
their real identity, the XO feared for their safety
and tried her best to report her findings in as
quickly and precisely as possible without attracting
any unwanted attention. Displaying a rapid scan of
the entire ship, the Shillian pointed out to the
Romulan/Terran hybrid that the number of life signs
had increased by one.
Suspecting that this had in some way been related to
the earlier communication received by the transport
ship that had hailed them, the HATHOR's CO headed for
the helm and the FCO. While approaching the Hirogen
though, the Romulan/Terran hybrid was intercepted by
the MCO who had left the ops station. Ordering the
hybrid using his weapon as incentive, Pravat seemed to
almost enjoy bossing the woman as he said, "Return to
your seat!"
Complying with the order that she had been given, the
Romulan/Terran hybrid glanced at her XO and tried to
relay her wishes without words knowing that the
Shillian would be given much more leeway than her in
trying to get help to the rest of the crew.

Carefully planing their next move, the HATHOR's aCEO never took his eyes off Ens. Stromwind despite the fact that he had appeared to be on their side. Thinking that there had been too many things that had gone wrong since the start of this simple shakedown cruise, Lt. Dawson had not been in the mood to let things get beyond the point that they had been.
Looking back at the two Breen soldiers who had been disabled earlier, the pilot of the USS DRAGONSEYES grinned as he studied the way the HATHOR's aCEO had tied the two warriors. "I doubt that they will be going anywhere."
Glancing at the unknown ensign, Dawson kept his eyes on the partially opened door and the two other Breen soldiers heading their way. "That was the idea. Now we have to take care of those guys."
Looking through the barely parted doors to Main Engineering, Ens. Stormwind saw the people the aCEO had been referring to, not at all looking forward to going toe-to-toe with two Breen soldiers. Glancing over his shoulder though, the man grinned thinking that with someone the size of the engineer on his side, the odds of victory had been better than he could have hoped for.
Bracing themselves against the bulkheads next to the entrance to the room, the two men waited for the Breen to step in and be dealt the fate that they had deserved.

Sitting against one of the walls, Lt. Fairborn, Ens. Rostov and Ens. Kea patiently waited for their time to act. Suspecting that the rest of the senior staff had been in the same position, the three officers diligently watched the actions of the Breen soldiers waiting for a sign that the battle to regain the ship had begun.
Despising violence in all of its forms, the Oltharian
dreaded what they would be asked to do unlike the
Nausicaan sitting by his side who had been itching to
even the score. Watching the soldiers walking to and
from, Ens. Kea made an observation, "Something's
happening."
Looking at the man sitting next to him, the Nausicaan
narrowed his eyes and returned his scrutiny to the
soldiers as he whispered, "how can you tell?"
Pointing with his eyes at one of the Breen, the COO
explained in a whispered voice what he had observed.
"Every one of them suddenly stopped in mid stride as
if someone had reported something disturbing to them.
They must be able to communicate amongst one another
through some internal system in their EV suits. There
is no way to know the cause, but I am ready to bet
that something unexpected happened and now the Breen
are on edge."
Growling under his breath the Sec/Tac officer glared
at the nearest soldier. Being able to communicate
with one another without him or anyone else of the
HATHOR's crew being able to hear what they were saying
would be a difficult obstacle to overcome, but if
something had happened to throw the ship's invaders
off, even in the slightest of ways, Ens. Rostov
figured that now had been the time to act.
