VOICE OF DEMOCRAY BANQUET DECEMBER 16, 2006 AT POST 91

District Three Annual Voice of Democracy Banquet was held on December 16, 2006 at Post 91.  This years chairs are:  Corky Berthiaume and Toni Martin.  The theme for this year's Audio Essay Scholarship Program was "Freedom's Challenge".  This year there were 15 entries received from the different Posts.  The winners this year were: 1st Place:  Joshua McCoy-He is a Senior at Bonney Lake High School.  He was sponsored by Post 2224-Puyallup.  Joshua will be representing District 3 at the Department level at Mid-Winter Conference 2nd Place:  Jessica Erickson-She is a Junior at Eatonville High School.  She was sponsored by Post 11401-Milton 3rd Place:  Jaquelyn Crews-She is a Sophomore at Tacoma Baptist High School.  She was sponsored by Post 10018-Tacoma 4th Place:  Geneva Banz-She is a Junior at Tacoma Baptist High School.  She was sponsored by Post 10018-Tacoma 5th Place:  Kaitlin Larson-She is a Senior at Fife High School.  She was sponsored by Post 11401-Milton Below are some pictures of the entertainment we had at the Banquet.
