Seasons: Season II and III Mr. Peden is one of the most difficult and obnoxious penguins there is. He spends most of his time picking on TBP in class but later on he gets more serious. He even tries to run him over with his car. He is also extremely rude to Superditz, causing her to totally freak at one point. He is less dangerous psychologically than Lower, but more dangerous physically. In the end of the third season, the penguin is eliminated, and Peden's heart condition forces him to move to the tropics. He is replace by Mrs. Shapiro, who is back from maternity leave. |
