Name: Monsieur Lower Villain: The Purple Penguin Other Names: n/a Teaches: French DOB: unknown Color: Purple Super Power: None really... Weakness: None once again... Seasons: Season I Monsieur Lower is the host for the evil Purple Penguin who spends all his time trying to torture Superditz and destroy the earth.  Although he leaves in the end of the first series, he is the first and therefore the most dangerous bad guy in the series.  After the Purple Penguin leaves, Lower pops up in the story a few more times.  Still, he's been known to use tactics such as calling TBP's house or rigging gym class to get his way.
