| File these under the odd things Ditz comes up with files: In We Were Soldiers, Barry plays a journalist. I want to be a war journalist. I haven't figured out Barry's real (or best) hair colour. He likes surfing and fly fishing. I'm obsessed with surfers (must be that landlocked phobia thing, since I sadly live in a landlocked state) and list fly fishing as my hobby (even though it's not). He was in a show called "Highlander". My high school is the Highlanders. In German class, I was known as Annaliese (aka his daughter's name). He plays a spy-type person in Enemy of the State. Being a spy would be fun. Barry lives in Canada. I live in the US. That's the same continent. He's one of those wild sports fans (hence the yelling on the balcony after Canada's hockey team won the gold in the Olympics). I'm one, too, and if I wasn't a Yankee obsesser, I would have never found out about Barry. Weird, huh? Roger Maris (who Barry plays) has the same middle name as my fave Yankee (Andy Pettitte). He played rugby in high school. I suggested that my gym class play that too (before I knew he played it). Barry is rather short for a guy and I'm rather short for anyone. I have an older brother, like Barry, only he has two. 4 April is after my birthday. It is Barry's birthday. Barry sang in a band. I sing in a choir and in a mockumentary that I made. After Saving Private Ryan, people probably thought Barry had a weird accent. Those people were probably American since we hold home to that particular accent. Canadian journalist Ashleigh Banfield (she's on MSNBC) thinks I have a weird accent (she told me so. I met her). Barry is one of my four fave Canadians. The rest can...well, I don't know the rest of Canada, so... Barry is from Canada. Some of Canada is French-speaking. I speak French (sort of). I can't wait to see The 25th. Hour. The only other movie that I was this psyched about was Lilo and Stitch. Barry lives north of me. Why the hell he'd wanna live up north is beyond me. Whenever I'm depressed, I watch one of Barry's movies I have on DVD. It's like heaven on disc. Barry played Roger Maris, who was also called Raj sometimes. I get called Raj a lot. YANKEES ROCK, OKAY. YANKEES ROCK! |
