be in a good academic standing . Good academic standing implies
that the student must have
i. obtained at least 75% of total marks in
aggregate in the last school examination
ii.
obtained more than 50% in each subject in the last school
examination

have the desire to do something great in life

be ready to teach two other people who lack the basic education
to read and to write
