		When Darla stops by the fire station to warn him that she may have offered some bad advice about Taylor and Ridge's marriage, Hector sheepishly admits that Brooke caught him up in Taylor's bedroom kissing a half-naked Taylor. Hector vows not to give up his quest to be with Taylor and admits he's hoping Brooke does run to Ridge in hopes that this gives Taylor the opportunity to kick Ridge out of her life. Taylor returns to Brooke's place to plead her case again but Brooke repeats that she saw her kissing Hector in her bedroom. Taylor orders her to leave this alone but Brooke insists that she owes it to Ridge to let him know what his wife is doing, especially after the way Stephanie and Taylor have treated her. Brooke argues that Taylor is the reason her marriage is failing because she's in love with another man. As Brooke heads upstairs to her crying child, Taylor cries out for her not to interfere in her marriage. Touched when he brings her champagne, Felicia insists on pouring some of the bubbly for them both. Felicia tells Dante that she led a good life and is relieved that Dominick will be raised by good parents. She accuses him of still being in love with Bridget but as she talks about the women he'll attract, she considers acting on her own desire for him. Darla keeps encouraging Hector to pursue Taylor. He reveals to Darla that Brooke caught them together and that he has truly fallen in love with Taylor. Interviewing candidates for the job of personal assistant, Thorne brings Sally to the office and asks for her help picking the right person. Darla's pleased when Sally convinces Thorne that Chrissy, the flirtatious first interviewee is "a bomb." When international applicant Robert can barely be heard in the quiet office and the tattooed Raymond boasts of having design ideas for Forrester, Thorne laments the lack of success and eventually offers Sally the job when he realizes how lucky he is to have her. Sally turns down the offer but Thorne insists he needs her brain, her instinct and grit. Taylor pleads with Stephanie to stop when the Forrester matriarch starts gushing about how lucky Ridge is to have such a loyal wife. Taylor then complains that Ridge didn't make the effort to come home for New Year's Eve and admits that she's lonely. Stephanie is startled when Taylor admits what happened on New Year's Eve but then claims it doesn't mean anything. Taylor counters that Brooke saw them kissing and then leaks that she has a secret, an indiscretion from her past that she never told Ridge. Admitting she knows she slept with James, Stephanie tells her not to tell Ridge. Brooke stuns Nick by admitting she caught Hector and Taylor kissing in her bedroom on New Year's Eve and wonders what else Taylor might have done that they don't know about. When she claims to have "waited all her life to be in this position" and boasts that she can make Taylor's life crumble down around her, Nick asks if she wants a life with Ridge again.
